We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Bahrain. If you excel in tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and lease management, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of rental properties.
- Handle leasing agreements, renewals, and rent collection.
- Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Resolve tenant complaints and enforce lease terms professionally.
- Maintain financial records and prepare monthly reports for owners.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of property management experience (Bahrain market preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Bahrain rental laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
